INGREDIENTS : 


  •  Potatoes 250 gm
  •  Salt 10 gm 
  •  Cornflour 100 gm
  •  Oil 250 ml 

PREPARATION : 

1. Cut the potatoes into sticks vertical in 3-4 pieces and then cutting each piece into sticks.

2. Blanch it in salted water, remove and remove process water.

3. Add salt, cornflour, and mix well.

4. Allow it to stand, deep fry in hot oil, until crisp and golden brown in colour.

5. Sprinkle salt and serve hot.
