Vegetable Nuggets



Preparation Time- 10 minutes
Cook Time- 15 minutes
Total Time- 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS : 
1. Potatoes 250 gm
2. Green peas 50 gm
3. Carrot 70 gm
4. Capsicum 70 gm
5. All spice 10 gm 
6. Parsley 5 gm
7. Salt 10 gm
8. Pepper 10 gm
9. Corn flour 100 gm
10. Breadcrumbs 100 gm
11. Oil 250 ml

PREPARATION : 

1. Boil potatoes when cooked peel and mashed them, add green peas, grated carrots, capsicum.

2. Add spices and herbs, season with salt and pepper.

3. Add cornflower, breadcrumbs mix well and check seasoning. 

4. Make Nuggets, make slurry of cornflower and water.

5. Dip in slurry then in breadcrumbs and let it stands for 10 minutes.

6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.

7. Serve nuggets with your favourite dip or sauce.
