INGREDIENTS :


  • Bell Pepper 100 gram
  • Carrot 100 gram
  • Cabbage 250 gram
  • Egg 2 no.
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Pepper 5 gram
  • Mustard Powder 10 gram 
  • Oil 200ml
  • Vinegar 10 ml

PREPARATION :

1. Cut bell peppers and carrots in juliennes. 

2. Shred the cabbage, put all chopped veggies into ice cold water. 

3. Make mayonnaise, check seasoning.

4. Drain vegetables remove excess water, add mayonnaise.

5. Mix well and serve.
