KIBBEH RECIPE

Kibbeh is one of those nourishments that you hunger for, and the hankering won't be fulfilled until you eat it. 

Preparation Time- 40 minutes
Cook Time- 10 minutes
Total Time- 50 minutes

Serving- 4

INGREDIENTS : 


  • Bulgur Wheat 150 gram
  • Onion 50 gram
  • Chicken 200 gram
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Oil 250 ml
  • Cayenne Pepper 5 gram
  • Pepper Powder 5 gram
  • Tahini 80 ml
  • Parsley 5 gram

PREPARATION : 

1. Soak the bulgur wheat for 15 minutes, squeeze oil water.

2. Put onion ground beef (chicken), spices and pinch of salt in food processor, process until smooth.

3. Transfer meat mixture in large bowl, add bulgur wheat, keep in refrigerator.

4. Heat oil, add onion saute and ground beef (chicken) stir to combine.

5. Remove dough, stuffed mixture into dough and make a balls, chill them.

6. Heat oil in pan, deep fry the balls in oil until golden brown.

7. Serve hot with tahini sauce or plain greek yoghurt.
