INGREDIENTS : 


  • Refined flour 250 gram
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Egg 1 no.
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Butter 20 gram
  • Onion 100 gram
  • Garlic 20 gram
  • Carrot 70 gram
  • Potato 100 gram
  • Capsicum 50 gram
  • Cottage Cheese 100 gram
  • Cheese 20 gram
  • Oil 30 ml




PREPARATION :

1. Prepare dough of refined flour, egg yolk, oil, salt and water knead well, rest it for half hour.

2. Take a saucepan, add refined flour, melted butter, mix well.

3. Take a pan, add oil, onion saute, add garlic saute, add grated carrot, potato, capsicum, cook it.

4. Season it, add grated cottage cheese.

5. Roll the dough into rectangular shape sheets (also it can be cutted with knife).

6. Add stuffing to sheet and rolled it.

7. Take a baking tray apply butter, place the pasta, brush it and add bechamel sauce, bake it for 10 minutes.

8. Add grated cheese and gratinate.
