INGREDIENTS : 


  • Refined Flour 250 gram
  • Egg 3 no.
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Oil 70 ml
  • Garlic 30 gram
  • Onion 70 gram
  • Chicken 250 gram
  • Butter 10 gram
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Cheese 100 gram
  • Pepper Powder 10 gram
  • Bay Leaf 5 gram


PREPARATION : 

1. Make a dough of refined flour, salt, egg yolk, water, knead well and allow it to rest for half hour, then roll in rectangular and boil.

2. For stuffing, take a pan, add oil, onion, garlic, saute.

3. Add grinded chicken, mix well, cook it.

4. Add tabasco sauce, saute tomato puree, cook it.

5. Make a bechamel sauce of milk and white roux.

6. Take a baking tray apply butter, put lasagna sheet, add stuffing, repeat 2-3 times, add bechamel in between.

7. Add bechamel sauce on top, bake it.

8. Add grated cheese and gratinate it.

9. Cut and Serve.
