PREPARATION :
1. Make a dough of refined flour, salt, egg yolk, water knead well. Allow it to rest for half hour.
2. Blanch the spinach, chop the spinach.
3. Add feta cheese to it, season it.
4. Roll the dough into thigh long rectangular sheet.
5. Put the filling on the rectangular sheet, cover with other sheet.
6. Remove air in between, press from the sides.
7. Put in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
8. Serve Hot.
