INGREDIENTS : 


  • Cilantro 200 gram
  • Parsley 15 gram
  • Garlic 30 gram 
  • Onion 150 gram
  • Refined flour 250 gram
  • Split pea flour 30 gram
  • Yeast 15 gram
  • Cumin powder 10 gram
  • Turmeric powder 10 gram
  • Curry powder 10 gram 
  • Oil 250 ml
  • Tamarind 100 gram
  • Jaggery 50 gram
  • Paprika powder 10 gram
  • Salt 20 gram

PREPARATION : 

1. In a blender, blend cilantro, parsley, garlic, onions until puree.

2. In a large bowl, add refined flour, split pea powder, yeast, cumin powder, spice, Turmeric powder, curry powder, salt and sugar and then mix well.

3. Then add warm water a little at a time until desired consistency.

4. Set the mixture in warm area and let it rise.

5. In a wok, heat oil drop the butter in shape of the balls and deep fry them.

6. Soaked tamarind squashed it, add jaggery, salt, and paprika powder.

7. Serve pholourie hot, along with tamarind chutney.
