Mango Juice


 INGREDIENTS: 
 Ripe mango - 1 (300 grams)
 Lemon - 1
 Sugar - 1/2 cup sugar (100 grams)
 Ice cubes - 1 cup

 METHOD:
 1. Wash the cooked mangoes, peel and take out the pulp.  Put the pulp and sugar in the mixer and grind them finely, also put lemon juice and ice cubes in the mixer and once again beat it well.

 2. Add 2-3 glasses of cold water and beat it again.  Mango syrup is ready.

 3. Right now we are making mango sorbet with fresh mango pulp, mango sorbet can also be made from frozen mango pulp, if more mango comes in the house then you remove pulp by adding some sugar, grind it, air  Fill it in a tight container and keep it in the freezer and take out the frozen pulp from the freezer whenever you like and make mango sorbet.

 4. Mango concentrate can also be prepared in sorbet:

 5. Take out 2 cups of sugar in a vessel, add a little more than 1/2 cup of water and keep it to boil, after boiling, allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes on high flame, thus prepare 1 wire syrup.  Let the syrup cool down.

 6. Grind 3 or 4 mango pulp and prepare 4 lemon juice.

 7. Sugar syrup has cooled down, mix mango pulp and lemon juice in this syrup and sieve, fill it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge, for 1 month, whenever you feel like, 1 part concentrate mango syrup and 6 times water.  Mix and mix some ice cubes, drink mango sorbet is ready, mango concentrate.

 8. Sharabat can be used by keeping it in the refrigerator for 1 month.
