HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS?

INGREDIENTS :


  • Tahini 100 ml
  • Lemon 1 no
  • Olive Oil 30 ml
  • Garlic 10 gram
  • Cumin 10 gram
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Paprika 10 gram
  • Chickpeas 250 gram 

PREPARATION : 

1. In a bowl of food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice and process for one minute.

2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and lemon juice.

3. Drain chickpeas, add to the blender and process for one minute, process until smooth.

4. Its too thick, water can be added in small quantity.

5. Taste adjust the seasoning, serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika.
