INGREDIENTS : 

1. Chicken 250 gms
2. Buttermilk 70gm
3. Salt 10gm
4. Pepper powder 10gm
5. Spice 10gm
6. R.flour 100gms
7. Eggs 3no
8. Bread crumbs 100 gms
9. Oil 250 ml


PREPARATION :
1. Bring the chicken in sauted buttermilk, for 1 hour. Drain completes and sprinkle half of spice and pepper powder.

2. Add little salt, pepper powder, spice powder in flour, mix well.

3. Beat eggs in different bowl.

4. Coat the moist chicken in flour dip in the egg mixture. Then coat with breadcrumbs, rest them.

5. Heat oil in pan, shake off the excess crumbs and fry until golden brown, remove drain excess oil with tissue.

6. Serve nuggets with your favourite dip or sauce.
