VEGETABLE CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS :

  • Pepper 50 gram
  • Onion 50 gram
  • Butter 10 gram
  • Celery 25 gram
  • Broccoli 30 gram
  • Cauliflower 30 gram
  • Carrots 30 gram
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Potatoes 50 gram
  • Refined flour 10 gram 
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Parsley 5 gram
  • Cheese 80 gram



PREPARATION :

1. In a heavy bottomed pan, saute pepper and onions in butter.

2. Add chopped celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and water, saute.

3. Add stock, salt, pepper boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Until vegetables are tender.

4.  Combine flour and mix until smooth stir into pan bring to boil cook and stir mix chopped parsley.

5. Just before serving stir in cheese until melted.
