FALAFEL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS :


  • Chickpeas 250 gram
  • Onion 50 gram
  • Garlic 10 gram
  • Parsley 5 gram
  • Chick peas flour 50 gram
  • Salt 10 gram
  • Cumin 5 gram
  • Black Pepper 5 gram
  • Cayenne Pepper 5 gram
  • Baking Soda 5 gram 
  • Oil 250 ml

PREPARATION : 

1. Soak chickpeas overnight, drain and rinse.

2. Pour them into food processor along with onion, garlic, cloves, parsley, chick peas flour, salt, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper.

3. Pulse all ingredients together until course meal forms.

4. Remove in a bowl, add some baking soda, mix well and make balls of it.

5. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls, until golden brown.

6. Serve with hummus.
